Dobson Place Community Association Located
on the border of Chandler and Gilbert we are at the north - west corner
of Chandler Blvd and Gilbert Rd. We are a family community with a number
of beautiful parks
and play equipment. We have a large park at the center of our community.
Dobson Place is known for our family community events with several
community gatherings throughout the year. It is a great place to live
and raise a family.
The Board of Directors has worked hard to ensure the community has
funds to keep the community in great shape.

ATTENTION
As of March 20th, 2012,
changes have been made to the Architectural Design Guidelines in
regards to minimum plant requirements. Each lot is
now required to have at least one 15 gallon tree and a minimum
of four shrubs in the front yard. Please click

revised Guidelines. The landscaping portion may be found on page
12.

Making Changes to
Your Home or Property?
When making changes to your property, residents
MUST submit an Architectural Approval Request
Form and get approval before starting any work.
This form is required for changes such as:
painting
the exterior of your home,
installing
or changing landscaping, installing security doors, etc...
